Disability Works Australia (DWA) is a unique, National organisation who, for the past 14 years have been involved in managing relationships with large “household name” employers and the recruitment processes for people with disabilities. DWA is not a DES provider, we are a broker/recruitment organisation the works between the employers and the providers.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and flexible team member with high levels of initiative, organisational and time management skills that thrive in a dynamic, evolving and challenging environment. This position is classified as a remote position that works autonomously and supported from Head Office.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Excellent interpersonal communication, marketing and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate oneself to reach required KPI and develop sustainable outcomes.
- Demonstrate a practical appreciation of the employment needs, both of the business community and people with disability
- Must have a current driver's licence and willing to travel intra/interstate.
